Oliver the Octopus Who Wanted to Fly

Oliver the Octopus Who Wanted to Fly

Oliver was a little octopus who lived in the big blue ocean. He loved watching the birds fly above the water. "I wish I could fly!" he would say to his friends, the little fishes.

One day, Oliver found a big cardboard box. "This is it!" he exclaimed. He carefully squeezed inside the box and used his eight arms to push it through the water. It wasn't easy, but Oliver kept trying. He imagined the box was a plane, and he was a pilot!

The little fishes watched in amazement. They giggled and splashed as Oliver zoomed past. He went up and down, making big circles in the water. He wasn't flying exactly, but he was having lots of fun!

Oliver's adventure continued for a long time, until he finally found a small, sandy beach. Tired but happy, Oliver crawled out of his cardboard box-airplane, leaving it on the sand.

From that day on, even though Oliver couldn't really fly, he knew that with a little imagination and a lot of effort, anything is possible. He continued to explore the ocean, always dreaming of new adventures.
